Kevin Keegan, one of the greatest figures in English football history, has died at the age of 75 following a battle with cancer.

A true icon of Liverpool and the England national team, Keegan enjoyed a glittering playing career that established him among the sport's all-time greats. He remains the only English player to have won the prestigious Ballon d'Or twice, claiming football's highest individual honour in consecutive years.

During his time at Liverpool, Keegan won three First Division titles and helped the club lift the European Cup in 1977, playing a pivotal role in one of the most successful eras in the club's history. He later went on to manage the England national team, adding another significant chapter to his lifelong contribution to the game.

In recent years, Kevin Keegan remained a respected voice in football through his television work while also dedicating much of his time to charitable causes.
