Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marquinhos made history in the French Super Cup after his side’s 1–0 victory over AS Monaco. By lifting the latest trophy, the Brazilian secured his 31st piece of silverware with PSG, officially becoming the most decorated player in French football history.

Across his 11-year stint at PSG, Marquinhos has claimed 9 Ligue 1 titles, 7 Coupe de France trophies, 6 Coupe de la Ligue crowns, and 9 French Super Cups. Given that the 30-year-old still has many seasons ahead of him, there’s every chance his record-breaking haul will continue to grow.
