1. General Provisions

The website “https://terikon.com” (hereinafter – “Site”) is maintained by Petit & Filles sp. z o.o., a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter – “Company”).

The present Rules for the Protection of Information Containing Personal Data (hereinafter – "Rules") determine the procedure for processing and protection of information containing personal data of individuals (hereinafter – "Users"/"User") during the use of terrikon.com website (hereinafter – "Site"), mobile version of terrikon.com website (hereinafter – "Products").

The current version of the Rules is available to the User by clicking on the link https://terrikon.com/en/privacy-policy. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to these Rules. When changes are made to the Rules, the Site Administration shall notify the Users by posting the new edition of the Rules on the Site at https://terrikon.com/en/privacy-policy.

2. Confidentiality of the User's personal data

When the user uses the Site and Products, the Company processes the following user data:

    Personal data is used in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On the protection of personal data", "On ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data concerning supervisory authorities and transborder data flows", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunication Systems", "On State Support of Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists", as well as in accordance with the Rules for the Use of the Website and other acts regulating the Company's activities.

    4. Personal data processing

    Processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centres where the equipment ensuring the functioning of the Site and Products is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Base or in a separate table of the Site and Products Database.

    5. Use of cookies

    Cookies are small pieces of text transmitted to the browser from the website that the User opens. With their help, the Site remembers information about the visits of Users.

    Cookies can be permanent (stored on the computer until deleted by the user), or temporary/session cookies (stored only until the browser is closed). Cookies are also divided into primary cookies (they are set directly by the Site visited) and third-party cookies (set by other sites).

    8. Limitation of the Rules

    The Site and Products may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and widgets (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Telegram, etc.). The Company has no control over, and is not responsible for, the privacy policies of third parties.

    9. Changing Policies

    This Policy may be amended from time to time. The Company does not bear any responsibility to the User for changing the terms of this Policy without the User's authorisation and/or consent.

    The User himself/herself undertakes to check the provisions of this Policy on a regular basis for possible changes or amendments.

    10. Disclosure Risk

    Regardless of the measures taken by the Company to protect the confidentiality of the Personal Data received, the User is hereby deemed to be duly aware that any transmission of Personal Data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be secure, and therefore the User makes such transmission at his/her own risk.
