Liverpool - Nottingham Forest 0:3

Liverpool endured a night to forget at Anfield, suffering their sixth defeat in the last seven Premier League matches in a stunning upset against relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest. The visitors struck three times, exposing the defensive frailty of the reigning champions. Murillo opened the scoring with a composed finish inside the box on 33 minutes, before Savona doubled Forest’s lead early in the second half. The misery was complete late on when Morgan Gibbs-White reacted quickest after an Alisson save, slotting home to make it 3–0.

The heavy defeat leaves Arne Slot’s side in deep crisis, tumbling out of the Premier League’s top ten and raising serious questions about the direction of the champions’ season.
