Hugo Lloris, France captain, spoke about his team defeat in a Nations League game against Denmark.

"We are disappointed about the loss, obviously. There are things to learn from this match. It puts the brakes on our very good recent form and now we need to bounce back as a team and taste victory again.

We had some good moments at times. We got caught out by the goals, which were probably due to poor positioning."

"It doesn’t take anything away from the opposition’s quality," says Lloris about his misgivings over France's defending. "I’m only thinking about the next game now, but with an eye as well on our first [FIFA] World Cup match. There are things to learn [in order] to live up to these events in the future."
