The Reds arrived in Germany this afternoon for tonight’s encounter with RB Leipzig. They’ll then depart for Salzburg for a week-long stay as preparations continue for 2022-23.

Diogo Jota and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have remained on Merseyside due to injury, but Alisson Becker and Joe Gomez are included in the travelling party. Elsewhere, Calvin Ramsay is named in the group after a knock ruled him out of the recent tour of Asia, as is Kaide Gordon.

Liverpool’s training camp squad: Alisson, Fabinho, Van Dijk, Konate, Thiago, Milner, Keita, Firmino, Salah, Gomez, Adrian, Henderson, Jones, Elliott, Tsimikas, Ramsay, Diaz, Robertson, Nunez, Carvalho, Matip, Bajcetic, Phillips, Gordon, Mabaya, Hughes, Alexander-Arnold, Van den Berg, Morton, Mrozek, Davies.
