Luis Enrique has replaced Jose Luis Gaya, who has left the Spanish training camp, with Barcelona defender Alejandro Balde.

Yesterday Spain announced that Gaya had suffered an accidental injury during the afternoon training session. The medical assessment suggested a low-grade lateral sprain in the right ankle, awaiting the final result of further tests.

In his place, Spain coach Enrique has called up Alejandro Balde, a 19-year-old left-back for FC Barcelona, who is joining Spain's senior team for the first time.
