Shakhtar and its title partner Parimatch Ukraine, the largest investor in the development of Ukrainian sports, sum up the Super Goal Battle project where fans were invited to decide on the best goal of the team during the last 5 years. The polling took place ion Shakhtar’s official Instagram page.
Viktor Kovalenko and his spectacular long-ranger against Dynamo, which has secured a victory for the Miners in the Ukrainian Clasico, won the voting. This goal got 145 votes.
Mykhailo Mudryk’s accurate shot against Celtic in the current Champions League (128 points), nice shot by Taras Stepanenko against Dynamo in the 2019/20 season and goals by Alan Patrick in 2020 and 2021 in the games against Benfica and Dynamo were next in the rating.
