The ninth round of the Ukrainian Championship started in Rivne, where Veres played a draw with LNZ.

During the entire first half, the two teams had only one shot on target with a minimum number of attacks, as hope for any goals appeared only at the beginning of the second half, when LNZ was left with ten men due to Lopyrenok’s red card.

Veres immediately rushed to attack and quickly got its best chance of the entire match. In the 61st minute the goalpost saved LNZ after Vovchenko's header.

The hosts continued their attacks, but in 30+ minutes they failed to create anything truly dangerous. Meanwhile LNZ not only defended confidently, but also regularly ran into counterattacks, eventually earning its one point - 0:0.
