Report: Shakhtar held talks with Oscar Garcia

As reported by L'Equipe, Shakhtar after the dismissal of Patrick van Leeuwen tried to sign ex-Rennes coach Oscar Garcia.
It is noted that the Donetsk club contacted the manager this week, however Garcia refused Shakhtar’s offer. According to the source, the conditions were not sufficient for the 50-year-old Spaniard to risk going to Ukraine.
Oscar Garcia previously worked in Celta Vigo, Olympiacos, Saint-Etienne, Salzburg, Watford, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Brighton.
