The Americans opened the scoring through the efforts of Folarin Balogun in the middle of the first half. However soon Cesar Blackman scored an equalizer. And at the end of the match, Jose Fajardo brought the Panamanians a sensational victory.

After two rounds Panama and the USA have three points each. The quartet is led by Uruguay, which scored six points.
