Real Madrid were finally able to win in their North American tour. After defeats from Milan and Barcelona, the Spaniard were able to defeat Chelsea with a score of 2:1.
All goals were scored in the first half. Lucas Vazquez and Brahim Diaz scored for Madrid, while in the 39th minute Madueke reduced the lead. In the second half, Andriy Lunin appeared in Real goal instead of Courtois, and he had his moment of glory when he was able to save the team from a goal after a strike from Nkunku.
