Manchester City - Arsenal 2:2

Arsenal were seconds away from defeating Manchester City, but lost two points right before the final whistle.

The City started the match well, taking the lead in the 9th minute thanks to another goal from Erling Holland, to which the guests responded with a stunning long-range strike from their rookie Riccardo Calafiori - the Italian curled the ball into the far corner of the City goal from outside the penalty area.

Before the end of the first half Arteta's team scored again through Gabriel but Arsenal's joy was short-lived. A couple of minutes later, the Gunners found themselves ten men down after Trossard was sent off and were forced to spend the entire second half in defence. Goalkeeper David Raya worked wonders for his team, pulling several saves, but even he was powerless when Stones shot from close range in the 98th minute - 2:2.
