Nottingham Forest - Newcastle 1:3

In the 11th round of the Premier League Newcastle played away against Nottingham Forest - the only team, which managed to beat Liverpool this season.

It was Nottingham who opened the scoring midway through the first half, when after Elanga's free-kick, Murillo headed the ball into the net. But Newcastle did not repeat Liverpool's mistakes: almost immediately the guests could equalise, yet the hosts' goalkeeper saved the team from a goal after a long-range shot from Bruno Guimaraes.

Newcastle turned their undoubted advantage into goals in the second half. In the 54th minute Isak was the first to get the ball into the goal with a low shot after a ricochet from the post. In the middle of the second half Joelinton from the free-kick sent the ball into the post and over the goal line.

In the 83rd minute Barnes secured the visitors' victory - after Tonali's pass, he hit the bottom corner and brought Newcastle a 3-1 win.
