Former Manchester United coach and club legend Ruud van Nistelrooy has shared a heartfelt goodbye following his departure from Old Trafford.

The Dutchman left the club after the arrival of Rúben Amorim, who opted not to include Van Nistelrooy in his coaching staff. Taking to social media platform X, Van Nistelrooy addressed United’s players, staff, and fans with an emotional message.

Van Nistelrooy returned to Manchester United in July, serving as an assistant to Erik ten Hag. After Ten Hag’s departure, the club entrusted Van Nistelrooy with interim managerial duties.
