Source: Mudryk failed a doping test and can be disqualified
Sensational, but still unconfirmed and extremely unpleasant for Ukrainian fans news came from England. Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk has failed the doping test and this is the reason why he has not been playing in recent weeks.
According to Tribuna.com at the end of October it became known that the "A" sample of one of Mudryk's doping tests was positive. The final conclusion will be made after the analysis of the "B" sample, which is still to come.
No official comments were yet made by either player or his club. If the worst happens and this information is confirmed, 23-year-old Mudryk will face a lengthy disqualification - up to four years.
