Arsenal sent a clear message to rivals

Arsenal sent a clear message to rivals Liverpool that the 2024/25 Premier League title race is far from over, delivering a dominant 4-0 win away at Ipswich Town.

The match turned heavily in the visitors’ favour when Ipswich were reduced to 10 men after a red card to Luke Davis in the 33rd minute. But by then, the damage was already being done — Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli had both found the net early on to give the Gunners a commanding lead.

Even with the numerical advantage, Mikel Arteta’s men didn’t let up. Arsenal maintained their attacking intensity and added two more goals in the second half, sealing a comfortable win.

Oleksandr Zinchenko played a key role in the final goal, delivering a precise assist to teenager Ethan Nwaneri.
