Harry Kane Won’t Return to Premier League Before Summer 2026
Harry Kane is set to remain at FC Bayern Munich for at least one more season, with a potential return to the Premier League postponed until summer 2026 at the earliest, according to talkSPORT.
Despite ongoing speculation surrounding a release clause in his contract, sources close to the 31-year-old striker confirm that he is currently "very happy" in Munich and is not considering a move back to England in the short term.
Kane has a clear two-step career plan. His primary ambition is to win the UEFA Champions League with Bayern Munich. Only after achieving that would he contemplate a return to the Premier League — with a specific goal in mind: becoming the all-time top scorer in the league's history.
Alan Shearer currently holds the record with 460 goals, while Kane stands at 428 — well within striking distance, should he make a comeback in the coming years.
Since joining Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023, Kane has produced staggering numbers, scoring 80 goals and providing 24 assists in just 89 appearances across all competitions.
