Deschamps confirms Saudi Pro League offer after France tenure

Didier Deschamps has confirmed receiving an offer from the Saudi Pro League to take over a managerial role once his spell with the France national team ends after the 2026 World Cup. However, the 55-year-old coach firmly denied speculation linking him with a return to Juventus.
Speaking to French media, Deschamps revealed that initial contact with Saudi representatives had indeed taken place, though he declined to share further details. He stressed that his departure from France is pre-planned and final, marking the conclusion of a long and successful chapter with Les Bleus.
While Deschamps remains open to continuing his career at club level — potentially even at Paris Saint-Germain — he ruled out managing another national side. “My future will be in club football,” he said, hinting at a new challenge once his time with France comes to an end.
