UEFA 2028 Euro

UEFA has officially confirmed the full list of venues and host cities for the UEFA 2028 Euro. The tournament will take place across four nations — England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Although qualifying has yet to begin, key details of the tournament calendar have already been revealed.

The opening match will be held in Cardiff, while both semi-finals and the final are set to take place at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London.

Euro 2028 host venues

In addition to Wembley, matches will be played at the following stadiums:

  • Aviva Stadium – Dublin
  • Hampden Park – Glasgow
  • Etihad Stadium – Manchester
  • Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – London
  • Villa Park – Birmingham
  • Hill Dickinson Stadium – Liverpool
  • St James’ Park – Newcastle

Quarter-finals will be hosted in Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow and London. The Euro 2028 qualifying draw is scheduled for 6 December 2026 and will take place in Belfast.

The final tournament will feature 24 teams. However, the host nations — England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland — will not receive automatic qualification and must earn their spots through the regular qualification process.
