Tottenham Hotspur claimed a 2-1 victory over Chelsea in the Sydney Super Cup, with Richarlison scoring a stoppage-time winner despite Spurs playing more than 40 minutes with 10 men. The pre-season clash attracted a crowd of more than 83,000 fans at Accor Stadium in Sydney, Australia.

Tottenham opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Sandro Tonali unleashed a strike from the edge of the penalty area that took a slight deflection on its way into the net. Chelsea responded just four minutes later as Brazilian youngster Estevão headed home from close range after an excellent delivery from former Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon.

The momentum shifted early in the second half when Cristian Danso, who had only been on the pitch for three minutes after coming off the bench, was shown a straight red card in the 49th minute, reducing Tottenham to 10 players.

Despite their numerical disadvantage, Tottenham Hotspur found a dramatic winner deep into stoppage time. Richarlison struck in the 92nd minute to seal an impressive victory and hand Spurs a memorable result in their pre-season preparations.
