Lazio have announced that Ciro Immobile remains in hospital under observation after his car collided with a tram.

Player has been diagnosed with a trauma to the spine – most likely whiplash – and the compound fracture of the 11th rib on the right side. His condition is good, but he remains under observation at the Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli hospital in Rome.

Ciro Immobile has 12 goals and five assists in 30 competitive matches for Lazio so far this season.
