Rotan: Ukraine U-21 players have a great future
Ukraine's U-21 team returned home after playing in the final part of the UEFA Euro 2023, where Ruslan Rotan's team finished among the top four teams on the continent.
“With great joy we return to our native land. It is a pity that we return without a trophy, but we are proud of the first Olympics qualification in the history of Ukraine.
Our players have a great future, and I am sure that they will show a football of such a high level to our fans more than once. And the fact that they were satisfied not only with the result, but also with the team's performance.
It's nice to give positive emotions in such a difficult time, but all this is only thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which allow us to do what we love," said the head coach of the national team Ruslan Rotan.
