Roma sack Jose Mourinho
Roma has parted ways with José Mourinho with immediate effect.
‘We will always have great memories of his tenure at Roma, but we believe that an immediate change is in the best interests of the club. AS Roma can confirm that José Mourinho and his coaching staff will leave the club with immediate effect,” the Giallorossi said in an official statement.
Reports in Italy claim Daniele De Rossi is among the leading candidates to take over the Giallorossi in the second part of the campaign.
