The USA beat France for the second time in a row

United States beat France for the second time in a row in the final of the Olympic basketball tournament - 98:87.

For the North American team, this is the fifth consecutive gold of the Olympics in basketball after victories in 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2021.

LeBron James, leader of the US national team, was recognized as the best player of the basketball tournament at the 2024 Olympics. He played 6 games in Paris, averaging 14.2 points, 6.8 rebounds and 8.5 assists.
