The winger scored a hat-trick

Borussia Dortmund winger Karim Adeyemi has been named UEFA Champions League Player of the Week.

With his hat-trick in the match against Celtic, he contributed to the Scottish club's 7-1 defeat.

It also became known that Liverpool aim to sign Adeyemi to replace Mohamed Salah, who may leave at the end of the season if he does not sign a new contract with the English club. The approximate asking price is just over €40 million.
