Barcelona Coach Hansi Flick on Yesterday's Victory Over Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The Catalans managed to score four goals against Los Blancos in the second half, handing Real Madrid their first defeat of the La Liga season.

2024/25 Spain - La Liga: Results & Standings

"Everyone followed the plan we'd designed and gave 100%. We knew how to defend well and stuck to our ideas even though Madrid didn't allow us very much space. In the second half, we had a lot more control of the ball, but the whole team did an extraordinary job."

"I am proud of this team. Because we also managed to keep a clean sheet with a great contribution by Iñaki Peña ... And the fans also deserve this win. They have an amazing connection with the players. I am happy to work for FC Barcelona," Flick told Barcelona’s official website.
