Lamine Yamal

Barcelona’s 17-year-old sensation Lamine Yamal might miss the upcoming La Liga match against Celta Vigo in Round 14. The teenager, who has been a breakout star this season, continues to struggle with lingering pain in his ankle, an injury sustained during Barcelona's Champions League clash against Crvena Zvezda on November 6.

2024-25 La Liga Standings

While Yamal's availability remains uncertain, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has received a boost as both Robert Lewandowski and Eric García are now fully fit and ready for selection. The pair had been sidelined with injuries but have successfully completed their recovery and returned to full training.

Yamal's form in La Liga this season has been nothing short of extraordinary. In just 12 appearances, the winger has tallied an impressive 12 goal contributions, scoring five goals and providing seven assists. His absence would undoubtedly be a blow for Barcelona as they look to maintain their lead at the top of the table.
