Freiburg managed to secure a vital win in Bundesliga, ending Wolfsburg's six-game unbeaten run.

The game saw Freiburg take the lead with a goal from Lukas Kübler in the 42nd minute, followed by another from Kübler in the 51st minute, making it 2-0. Michael Gregoritsch then scored to make it 3-0 in the 61st minute.

Wolfsburg fought back with late goals from Jonas Wind in the 75th minute and a stunning bicycle kick by Mattias Svanberg in the 83rd minute, but it wasn't enough to overturn the deficit.
