In the 20th round of the La Liga, Athletic played away with Celta. The guests took advantage of yesterday's mistake of Barcelona and caught up with it in the standings.

All the goals were scored in the second half. In the 62nd minute, after an excellent pass from Iñaki Williams, Alex Berenguer beat the opposing defence with a shot from the centre of the goal. Less than ten minutes later, Vivian doubled Atletico's lead with a powerful shot.

Two minutes later, Alvarez scored, but Celta could not do more. 2-1 victory for Atletico.
