Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah has etched his name into Liverpool's history books once again after scoring his 50th European goal for the club in their 2-1 victory over Lille in the seventh round of the UEFA Champions League group stage.

The Egyptian forward netted the opener for the Reds, reaching a milestone that no other player in the club's history has achieved. Salah's prolific form in European competitions continues to cement his status as one of Liverpool's greatest-ever players.

With the win, Liverpool maintain their perfect record in the competition, sitting atop the overall table with a maximum of 21 points after seven matches.

Arne Slot's men will conclude the group stage on January 29 with an away fixture against PSV Eindhoven, aiming to continue their dominance in the tournament.
