Plymouth - West Bromwich 2:1

Championship: Talovery's Debut Sparks Plymouth's Victory

It was a dream debut for Ukrainian defender Maxym Taloverov as he played a key role in securing a much-needed victory for Plymouth Argyle in the Championship. In his very first appearance for the club, the Ukrainian international helped end a 15-match winless streak, with Plymouth defeating West Bromwich Albion in a thrilling encounter.

The visitors took the lead in the 74th minute thanks to a clinical finish from Jayson Molumby. However, Ryan Hardie had other plans. The Scottish forward netted a brace in the dying minutes of the match to give Plymouth a dramatic 2-1 win, much to the relief of the fans.

Despite the victory, Plymouth remains at the bottom of the Championship table. However, with this crucial win, they are now just four points away from safety, sitting in 22nd place with plenty of games left to make up ground.
