PSG - Brest 7:0

Paris Saint-Germain continues to dominate Brest this season with shocking results. While Brest managed to score against the Parisians in Ligue 1 (1-3 and 2-5), the Champions League qualifiers saw a truly astonishing aggregate score of 10-0 in favor of PSG.

After a 3-0 away victory, PSG utterly dismantled Brest at Parc des Princes, finishing 7-0 on the night.

Already in the 6th minute, Barcola could have opened the scoring, but his shot went wide of the near post. Brest responded with a shot from Pereira, assisted by Sima, but Marquinhos cleared the ball off the goal line. Then, Kvaratskhelia fired just over the crossbar from the edge of the box.

Finally, in the 20th minute, PSG broke the deadlock. A ball from Fabian Ruiz found Barcola, who then skillfully beat the defenders and fired into the near corner. In the 39th minute, after a brilliant cross from Mendes and a backheel touch from Barcola, Kvaratskhelia finished from a tight angle, doubling PSG’s lead.

Brest had a sharp counterattack just before halftime, with Donnarumma saving PSG from a shot by Lees-Melou, and Balde couldn't convert the rebound.

At the start of the second half, Fabian Ruiz missed two chances, created by Kvaratskhelia and Dembélé. Brest also had a few opportunities, but Lees-Melou hit the post. Shortly after, Donnarumma kept PSG's clean sheet intact with a save from Chardonnet.

Then, PSG scored five more goals in 27 minutes. It started with Vitinha scoring from the edge of the box, placing the ball in the bottom corner after a pass from Fabian Ruiz. After several substitutions, two new players combined for the next goal: Ramos assisted Doue, who slotted the ball into an empty net. Shortly after, Achraf Hakimi stormed down the right wing and crossed for Mendes, who finished at the far post. In the 76th minute, Kvaratskhelia laid it off for Doue, who passed to Ramos, and the latter calmly dispatched the ball past the helpless goalkeeper. In the 86th minute, Kvaratskhelia set up Mayulu, who scored his debut Champions League goal.

7-0—an incredible victory for PSG, securing their passage into the next round of the Champions League in commanding fashion.
