Manchester City are heading back to Wembley after a composed 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Rico Lewis opened the scoring in style just two minutes into the match, curling a precise low strike into the bottom corner from the edge of the box. The second came moments after the break, as Joško Gvardiol rose highest to head home from a corner, doubling City’s lead and effectively sealing the win.

It was a professional and controlled performance from Pep Guardiola’s men, who will now face Crystal Palace in the 2024/25 FA Cup Final on 17 May.
