Lamine Yamal

After the emotional heartbreak of FC Barcelona’s semi-final defeat to Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League, teenage sensation Lamine Yamal has issued a stirring message to the fans — vowing to bring silverware back to the Camp Nou.

"We gave everything — it just wasn’t our year. But don’t doubt us. We’ll come back," the 16-year-old wrote on social media. "Culés, we won’t stop until our club is back where it belongs — at the very top. I promise I will bring a trophy back to Barcelona. We will not stop until we do."

Yamal also turned the page toward the next huge fixture — this Sunday’s El Clásico showdown against Real Madrid, calling it "another final." Barcelona currently sit four points ahead of their rivals in the La Liga title race. A win would stretch their lead to seven points with just three games to play — a margin that could prove decisive.

"Now we have a new final on Sunday. We need everyone together. Visca el Barça!"
