Manchester United Scout Watches Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. in Portugal U15 Debut
Manchester United have reportedly sent a scout to monitor Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. during his debut for Portugal’s U15 national team.
The 14-year-old forward came off the bench in Portugal's 4-1 win over Japan, wearing the iconic No.7 shirt made famous by his father. The game marked his first official appearance at international youth level, drawing the attention of several top clubs.
United Rekindle Their Connection
Ronaldo Jr. is no stranger to Manchester United — he previously trained at the club’s academy while his father starred at Old Trafford. The Red Devils appear to be keeping tabs on the young talent, who is already starting to attract a growing spotlight.
Alongside United, scouts from Tottenham Hotspur and several Bundesliga clubs were also in attendance, underlining the competitive race for the next generation of football royalty.
Ronaldo’s Pride
Cristiano Ronaldo Sr., currently playing for Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, celebrated his son’s milestone with a heartfelt Instagram message: “Congratulations on your debut for Portugal, son. So proud of you!”
Up next for the Portuguese U15 side are matches against Greece and England — more chances for the young Ronaldo to shine on the international stage and stake his claim as a star of the future.
