The West London side opted not to offer a renewal, allowing the 36-year-old to leave as a free agent

Fulham have officially announced the departure of veteran Brazilian winger Willian, whose contract with the club has expired. The West London side opted not to offer a renewal, allowing the 36-year-old to leave as a free agent.

Willian, a former star for Shakhtar Donetsk, Chelsea, and Arsenal, rejoined Fulham for a second stint on February 6 of this year. Since his return, he made 23 appearances for the Cottagers, contributing one assist across all competitions.

Despite limited impact on the scoresheet, the experienced winger brought leadership and composure to Marco Silva’s squad during the latter stages of the 2024/25 season.

According to Transfermarkt, Willian's current market value is estimated at €750,000, but the Brazilian now enters the transfer market as a free agent, potentially attracting interest from clubs in Brazil, MLS, or the Middle East.
