UEFA Champions League 2025/26: All 36 Teams Confirmed
The final spots in the UEFA Champions League 2025/26 season are confirmed. A total of 36 clubs will now take part in the tournament’s newly adopted league-style format, replacing the traditional group stage.
Introduced in the 2024/25 season, the revamped Champions League sees all teams placed in a single league table. Each club will play eight matches — facing opponents from four seeding pots, two from each — with fixtures determined by a computer algorithm to ensure balance and fairness.
