Liverpool’s 2025/26 Premier League Fixture List: Key Dates and Full Calendar

The season opens at Anfield on August 15 with a clash against Bournemouth

The anticipation for the new Premier League season is reaching fever pitch as Liverpool's 2025/26 fixture list has been revealed.

The season opens at Anfield on August 15 with a clash against Bournemouth, a fixture that offers Liverpool a favourable opportunity to start strong. However, the opening month features a demanding away trip to Newcastle and a home showdown against Arsenal — an early test of title credentials.

Derby Days and Classic Rivalries

Liverpool face fierce rivals Manchester United twice — first at Anfield on October 18 and then at Old Trafford on May 2, 2026. The Merseyside derby fixtures are scheduled for September 20 at Anfield and April 18 at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Meanwhile, the battle with Manchester City comes early in the season at the Etihad on November 8, with the return leg on February 7 at Anfield.

Festive Period and Run-In

The festive schedule includes home ties against Wolverhampton and Leeds, followed by a trip to Fulham just after the New Year. In terms of the run-in, Liverpool will host Chelsea and Brentford in May, sandwiched around an away trip to Villa Park. The final day of the campaign is set for May 24, with the Reds welcoming Brentford to Anfield.
