Brentford Appoint Keith Andrews as New Head Coach
Brentford FC have officially named Keith Andrews as their new head coach, ahead of the upcoming Premier League 2025/26 campaign.
The 44-year-old Irishman steps into the role following the departure of long-serving boss Thomas Frank, who left the Bees after seven seasons to take over at Tottenham Hotspur.
Andrews has been part of Brentford’s coaching setup since July 2024, originally joining as a set-piece coach. Prior to that, he was on the coaching staff at Sheffield United under Chris Wilder, and served as assistant to Stephen Kenny during his tenure with the Republic of Ireland national team (2020–2023). He also worked with MK Dons during their Championship season in 2015/16.
The appointment marks Andrews’ first role as head coach at a top-flight club, and he’ll be tasked with continuing Brentford’s impressive rise in English football.
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Keith Andrews as our new head coach 🤝
