Levante - Barcelona 2:3

FC Barcelona climbed to the top of the La Liga table after staging a thrilling second-half comeback to defeat Levante 3-2 at the Estadi Ciutat de València.

First-Half Nightmare for Barça

Things started poorly for Hansi Flick’s side. In the 15th minute, Romero finished off a swift Levante counterattack to give the hosts a surprise lead. Just before half-time, José Luis Morales converted a penalty — awarded for a handball by Alejandro Balde — to make it 2-0 to Levante at the break.

Pedri and Ferran Spark the Comeback

Barcelona came out firing after the restart. Pedri pulled one back with a powerful strike in the 49th minute, and just minutes later, Ferran Torres levelled the score with a stunning acrobatic finish from a Raphinha cross.

Late Drama Sends Barcelona to the Summit

The match looked headed for a draw until stoppage time, when substitute Lamine Yamal delivered a dangerous low cross that deflected off Elchesabal for a cruel own goal — handing Barcelona all three points in the dying seconds.
