Lazio clinched a narrow but crucial victory over Juventus, extending the Turin giants’ dreadful run to eight matches without a win — their third straight defeat across Serie A and the Champions League.

The only goal of the game came in the first half, when Toma Bašić capitalised on a costly error by Danilo before firing past Mattia Perin.
