The line-up for the Carabao Cup quarter-finals has been confirmed following the conclusion of the last round of 16 fixtures last night. The draw, held immediately after the final whistle, delivered several eye-catching matchups that promise high drama in mid-December.

Here are the full quarter-final pairings:

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace
Cardiff City vs Chelsea
Manchester City vs Brentford
Newcastle United vs Fulham

Newcastle United enter this stage as the defending champions, having lifted the Carabao Cup last season after a thrilling 2–1 victory over Liverpool in the final. Interestingly, half of last year’s quarter-finalists have returned to this stage again — alongside Newcastle, we also see Arsenal, Crystal Palace, and Brentford still in contention.

The quarter-final ties are scheduled to be played on December 16–17, setting up what should be another exciting chapter in this season’s Carabao Cup campaign.
