Juventus - Cagliari 2:1

Juventus returned to winning ways in Serie A with a hard-earned 2–1 victory over Cagliari in Turin, thanks to a decisive brace from rising star Kenan Yildiz.

The visitors struck first when Francesco Esposito finished confidently after a smart assist from Gabriele Palestra, silencing the Allianz Stadium. But Juve responded almost instantly. Just a minute later, Yildiz timed his run perfectly to meet a driven cross from a teammate, restoring parity with a composed touch.

Dusan Vlahović nearly completed the turnaround shortly after, but the Serbian striker pulled a muscle as he shot and was forced to request a substitution — an unfortunate twist for Massimiliano Allegri’s side.

Right before half-time, Yildiz stepped up again. After a loose ball broke kindly inside the box, the young forward reacted quickest, drilling a precise low strike into the corner to secure his second of the night.
