Wolves flew out of the blocks and struck three times in an explosive first-half display

Wolverhampton Wanderers, long considered the main relegation favourites in the Premier League, produced a stunning response by securing their first victory of the season — and in emphatic fashion. The Wolves not only shocked fellow strugglers West Ham United, but did so with a commanding three-goal margin that few saw coming.

All the damage was done before half-time. Wolverhampton flew out of the blocks and struck three times in an explosive first-half display, with goals from Arias, Hwang and Mane.

Remarkably, it took Wolverhampton Wanderers 20 rounds of the Premier League season to finally taste victory.
