Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane missed training with the squad today after falling ill. A club source confirmed that the England international is suffering from a cold.

It remains unclear whether Kane will recover in time for Sunday’s Bundesliga Matchday 21 fixture against Hoffenheim.

Bayern have slowed noticeably in the league, picking up just one point from their last two matches. Kane himself has also seen a dip in output, scoring only two goals in his last four league appearances.

Overall, however, the striker’s numbers remain impressive, with 22 goals in 20 Bundesliga games so far this season.
