Eight games without a win: Tottenham manager edging closer to the sack
Tottenham’s winless run in the Premier League has now stretched to eight matches. During that spell, Thomas Frank’s side have recorded four draws and four defeats, including 1–2 home loss to Newcastle. It is the club’s worst league run since 2008.
Unsurprisingly, Tottenham have slipped to 16th place in the Premier League table. Spurs are now just five points clear of the relegation zone, a situation that leaves the head coach’s position increasingly precarious.
