Cremonese - Fiorentina 1:4

Fiorentina underlined their superiority with an emphatic away victory over Cremonese in a pivotal Serie A relegation battle. Separated by just a single point before kick-off, the stakes were enormous.

Despite squad rotation following their UEFA Europa Conference League commitments, Fiorentina controlled proceedings with authority. The breakthrough arrived via Fabiano Parisi, whose dangerous low delivery took a decisive deflection off a defender and slipped through the goalkeeper’s legs. Moments before half-time, Roberto Piccoli doubled the lead, calmly finishing a one-on-one to put the visitors firmly in command.

The second half evolved into a showcase of individual brilliance. Dodo produced a stunning solo run from deep inside his own half, gliding past defenders, rounding the goalkeeper with elegance and finishing into an empty net.

Cremonese briefly threatened a response when David Okereke found the net with a composed strike, but any hopes of a comeback were swiftly extinguished. Fiorentina restored their dominance with a beautifully crafted team move, as Robin Gosens, Marco Brescianini and Roberto Piccoli combined in one-touch fashion to set up Albert Gudmundsson for a simple finish into an open goal.
