Shakhtar defender Sergii Kryvtsov moves to Inter Miami CF playing in the North American MLS.

Darijo Srna, FC Shakhtar Director of Football:
– We have one legend less. Sergii did a lot for the club, we went through many things together – from Donetsk to Warsaw. Yesterday, the president showed what a great man he is by saying: “Kryvtsov made a lot for Shakhtar, for Ukraine, and the doors of our club are always open for him.” It was nice to work and play with Sergii. I want to thank him and wish success in Miami. See you soon, my friend!

Sergii Kryvtsov is a graduate of Metalurh Zaporizhzhia, wherefrom he moved to Shakhtar in 2010. The defender made 224 appearances for the Miners and scored 13 goals during twelve and a half seasons. Kryvtsov won 22 trophies together with the team: he became the champion of Ukraine 8 times, won 7 Ukrainian Cups and 7 Ukrainian Super Cups.
