Rebrov: I am familiar with the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The head coach of the Ukrainian national team, Serhiy Rebrov, commented on the results of the Euro 2024 playoff draw.
In the semifinals of the playoffs, Ukraine has to play against the team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In case of victory in this match, Rebrov's men will face a decisive match for qualification to Euro-2024, in which the winner of the pair Israel - Iceland will be the opponent.
"I already said that it doesn't matter who we get, - UAF quotes Rebrov. - We got the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will prepare for this opponent.
It is still too early to talk about anything, because there are still three or four months of preparation ahead. It is very important in what condition all our players will be in the playoff matches.
In these months, we will watch both our players and our opponents. I am familiar with the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, they have selected good players. Even though they didn't perform very well in their group this qualifying season."
The game with Bosnia will take place on March 21, 2024. In case of victory, the Ukrainians will play the winner of the Israel-Iceland match on March 26.
